Lenka has been practicing active yoga since 2005 and has been teaching in various places in Chicago since 2008, and when she returned to Slovakia, she teaches in Poprad. After testing many kinds of yoga and passing various intensive Anusara yoga and Iyengar yoga workshops, Lenka got a certificate in the 200-hour Hatha Yoga Program at the SoderWorld Academy of the Healing Arts, Illinois. She also received a Thai-yoga massage certificate.
All his knowledge is delivered to his students in his VINYASA JOGA lessons. “Vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something special” … so we arrange our bodies in different asanas in a safe way. Vinyasa is also an expression used to describe a specific pose sequence (from Chaturanga to the Upper-looking dog and further down to the Watching Dog), which is often repeated in our hours. Even though the hours are slightly dynamic, they are great for beginners as well as for people who want their yoga practice to move on.
